DISCLAIMER: This is the first time I've used this firm.

We had a malware issue with our website and Frank was very quick in responding and sorting it out. I was surprised, as usually it takes a day or two just to get an initial response from most businesses, whereas Frank responded and was working on the issue within hours of my initial email. Bristax is one of the highest rated Tax Accountants in Australia partly due to our efficiency & speed, and I value other businesses with the same qualities. After having poor experiences with a new website being built by a designer in Sydney I decided to have my site updated & repaired by frank & mike. I am happy with the communication and service that I have received.
